Waterfall Chart explains contribution analysis step by step. It starts from a baseline, applies increases and decreases, and ends at a final total so users can see exactly what drove the net result.

Waterfall Chart is useful for variance analysis, P&L walkdowns, budget versus actual stories, and period-over-period decomposition. It turns a single number into a clear narrative and identifies the biggest drivers quickly.
