The Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Connector provides access to your ecommerce data and customer behavior insights stored in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Direct connectivity to your commerce platform enables analysis of sales performance, customer journeys, and product engagement across digital touchpoints. Transform your commerce data into actionable insights to optimize customer experiences and accelerate online revenue growth.

1. Download and setup the driver.
   • Move the .jar file into the following directory:
     • Windows: C:\Program Files\Tableau\Drivers
     • macOS: /Users/[user]/Library/Tableau/Drivers
     • Linux: /opt/tableau/tableau_driver/jdbc
2. Download the Connector file (.taco).
3. Move the .taco file here:
   • Windows: C:\Users[Windows User]\Documents\My Tableau Repository\Connectors
   • macOS: /Users/[user]/Documents/My Tableau Repository/Connectors
   • Server Windows: C:\Program Files\Tableau\Connectors
   • Server Linux: /opt/tableau/connectors
4. Launch Tableau Desktop (2022.3 and later)
5. Go to Connect → To a Server and select Commerce Cloud Intelligence
