Salesforce Commerce Cloud Intelligence

Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud 커넥터를 사용하면 Salesforce Commerce Cloud에 저장된 전자상거래 데이터 및 고객 행동 인사이트에 액세스할 수 있습니다. 상거래 플랫폼에 직접 연결하여 디지털 접점 전반에서 영업 실적, 고객 이동 경로 및 제품 참여도를 분석할 수 있습니다. 상거래 데이터를 실용적인 인사이트로 전환하여 고객 경험을 최적화하고 온라인 매출 성장 속도를 높이십시오.

1. 드라이버를 다운로드하여 설치합니다.
   • .jar 파일을 다음 디렉터리로 이동합니다.
     • Windows: C:\Program Files\Tableau\Drivers
     • macOS: /Users/[user]/Library/Tableau/Drivers
     • Linux: /opt/tableau/tableau_driver/jdbc
2. 커넥터 파일(.taco)을 다운로드합니다.
3. 다음 위치로 .taco 파일을 이동합니다.
   • Windows: C:\Users[Windows User]\Documents\My Tableau Repository\Connectors
   • macOS: /Users/[user]/Documents/My Tableau Repository/Connectors
   • Server Windows: C:\Program Files\Tableau\Connectors
   • Server Linux: /opt/tableau/connectors
4. Tableau Desktop(2022.3 이상)을 시작합니다.
5. 연결 → 서버에 연결로 이동하고 Commerce Cloud Intelligence를 선택합니다.
